Few of us grow up learning how to eat well and live a healthy lifestyle. That reality confronted Byron Morrison when his father was diagnosed with colon cancer. Byron took that as a challenge to learn the science behind what he needed to know to help himself and his father get healthier and stay that way. Now he’s published a book called Become a Better You, and started a coaching business around helping others improve their mindset around health and well-being.
