Objectives come in all shapes and sizes, and understanding how to measure our movement toward them can be the key to making them add value to our lives. Christina Wodtke has been using objectives and key results (OKRs) to maintain an incredible level of productivity as her interests have led her from corporate Design to academia to publishing, including her new book, a business fable called “The Team That Managed Itself.” In this episode of Hack the Process, Christina will tell us how she applies her techniques to improve work satisfaction in the classroom and the office, what people get wrong about gamification when it comes to game design, and why accountability is as important as regularity if you want to make progress on your goals.
